1. Application
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply between Dreamline Interiors Ltd. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”) and the customer (“you,” “your”). No variation to these Terms shall be binding unless agreed in writing by a duly authorized Company representative.
2. Quotations & Validity
- All quotations are valid for 30 days from issuance unless otherwise stated.
- Following expiration, prices may be revised at our discretion.
- Any requested changes to the design or drawings must be communicated within 48 hours of order confirmation.
3. Order Confirmation & Custom Work
- Custom orders are made to your specifications and become binding once the order is confirmed.
- Cancellations or modifications may not always be possible once production has commenced.
4. Payment Terms
- A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking.
- A further 40% is due upon commencement of manufacturing/installation.
- The remaining 30% is payable on the day of installation/completion.
- Payments can be made via cheque, bank transfer, credit card, or cash.
- If payment is not received as agreed, we reserve the right to suspend work or remove installed items. Late payments may attract interest at 8% above bank base rate or 18% per annum, whichever is higher.
5. Risk & Title
- Ownership of goods remains with Dreamline Interiors Ltd. until full payment is received.
- Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery or notification that items are ready for collection.
6. Installation & Site Readiness
- You must ensure the installation site is clear of obstacles, power supply is available, and the work area is ready.
- Dreamline Interiors will take reasonable care to protect decor, though we cannot accept liability for pre-existing or incidental damage.
- It is advisable to decorate after installation. Site-specific features such as electrical wiring or plumbing should be clearly communicated in advance.
7. Material Specifications
- We use high-quality materials (e.g., 18 mm MFC carcasses, natural wood veneers on door fronts).
- Standard sizes apply; any custom-size request must be specified in writing and may incur additional charges.
8. Liability & Limitation of Damages
- Except for personal injury or death resulting from our negligence, our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied.
- We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.
9. Cancellation & Changes
- If you cancel after booking, we may retain the deposit to cover material and administrative costs.
- Modifications requested after manufacturing begins may incur extra charges and cannot guarantee changes in delivery timelines.
10. Regulatory Compliance
- It is your responsibility to ensure installations comply with fire safety and other regulations, and to obtain any necessary permissions.
11. Photos & Marketing
- We may take photographs upon completion of the installation and may use them on our website or social media unless you request otherwise in writing.
12. Parking & Access
- You are responsible for ensuring parking or access is available for our team. Delays caused due to lack of access may incur additional fees.
13. Damage Liability
We will patch unintentional damage caused during installation using customer-provided matching materials where necessary.
14. Notices
- Any notices under these Terms must be in writing and sent to the respective parties’ registered addresses.
- No waiver by us of any breach shall constitute a waiver of a subsequent breach.
