Dreamline Interiors Ltd is committed to crafting bespoke fitted furniture designed to meet the daily demands of modern living. We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship and materials and proudly offer you peace of mind through our warranty coverage.

What’s Covered?

Our warranty ensures that your custom furniture will remain structurally sound, functional, and safe for storing clothes, accessories, and other household items.

This warranty applies only to residential/domestic use and includes the following components:

Item and Warranty Period

  • Carcasses, Hinges, Drawers, Plinths, Legs 7 Years
  • Laminated Worktops, Granite Worktops, Acrylic &
  • Luxe Acrylic Surfaces 5 Years
  • MDF Doors 3 Years
  • Soft-close Runners & Soft-close Sliding Door
  • Mechanisms 6 Months
  • Lighting (Only factory defects, not broken bulbs) 6 Months

Important Warranty Terms

  • Original Buyer Only: This warranty applies only to the original purchaser at the address where we carried out the installation. It cannot be transferred to new homeowners or tenants.
  • Occupied Property: The warranty is valid only if the property is occupied. It does not apply to vacant or uninhabited premises.
  • Proof of Purchase Required: You must provide the original invoice for any warranty claim.
  • Reasonable Care Required: Proper care and cleaning must be followed—especially for gloss, high-sheen, or acrylic finishes. Use only recommended cleaning products.

What’s Not Covered

The following conditions will void or exclude warranty claims:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, impact, water leakage, or infestation
  • Broken glass, scratches, dents, or chips due to mishandling
  • Excessive force used on sliding doors or mechanisms
  • Exposure to high humidity or uneven temperature
  • Attempting to modify, relocate, or disassemble units outside our specification
  • Use of incorrect cleaning products (e.g., harsh chemicals or abrasives)
  • External damage, such as water leaks from ceilings or spillage resulting in stains
  • Wear and tear, including natural fading, bruising, or deterioration of finishes
  • Any non-residential or commercial use of the products

Excluded Items

The following components are not covered under Dreamline Interiors’ warranty:

  • Handles, hanging rails, lighting bulbs, mirrors, glass panels

Appliances such as:

  • Built-in dishwashers, dryers, washing machines
  • Hobs, ovens, or integrated kitchen equipment
  • Leather seats or upholstery
  • Appliances are often covered by manufacturer warranties and should be claimed directly through the respective brand or supplier.

Dreamline Interiors Ltd is not responsible for:

  • Faulty appliances discovered after installation
  • Appliance damage within packaging
  • Loss of use, loss of earnings, or consequential damages due to any defect

Making a Claim

If you believe there’s a legitimate fault covered under this warranty:

Include:

  • Your original invoice
  • Photos of the defect
  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review and inspect the claim.

If approved, we will arrange for repair or replacement of the faulty item.

All claims will be assessed reasonably and fairly by our production or installation team.

Our furniture is designed to last—but like any bespoke interior, care and maintenance are essential. We recommend reading our Care Instructions provided upon completion to help you get the most from your investment.
